Every November the Seattle Storytellers Guild joins with tellers on six continents, in countless countries, and in just about every state to celebrate storytelling as an art form for adults.  As always, we will have an outstanding lineup of tellers who will present stories they love in a variety of styles.

Kathy Currie--has told stories around the country, with stints as artist in residence in New Zealand and China.

Rob D'Arc--born into a show business family, his own career encompasses work as an artist, writer, sculptor, and puppeteer.  And he's a fine storyteller, too!

Lenore Jackson--tells stories that are funny, intimate, and moving, from myth, folklore, natural history and her own past and psyche. An established storyteller, she is known for combining such unlikely elements as Norse mythology, cattle drives, and paleontology!

Nancy Stewart--is a national award-winning musician who has shared the stage with Burl Ives, Shirley Jones, Bill Cosby, and Lily Tomlin.  She will bring her musical talents to help round out the evening's fun.

Fern Zimmerman--will be bringing a collection of Swedish and ancient Norse tales.  He has won storytelling competitions through the Society for Creative Anachronism.

And of course, our own Pat Peterson will act as Mistress of Ceremonies.   You never quite know what she'll say and about whom she'll say it, but it's always delightfully memorable.

Stories are appropriate for ages ten through adult.  There is an elevator around back for wheelchair access. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Northwest Harvest.  Bring a can of food to donate, too!  Don't miss it!  See you there!
